Three of us have already purchased the coupon. If you'll email me, I'll forward the offer to you. I recommend you take advantage as soon as possible as we'll need to reserve our treatments right away.
If the spa package doesn't work for you, maybe you can meet us for lunch afterwards. Please email me with your thoughts.
Come join in as we dig into our book, "The Magic" by Rhonda Byrnne. It doesn't matter if you missed last month, you'll catch up very quickly. It's all about bringing more appreciation into our lives and expressing that gratitude. There's no right or wrong way for that!
Join us as we kick off 2018 with a new book discussion based on Gratitude. We will meet 15th of the months in January, February and March. The book we will be discussing this time is called, "The Magic" by Rhonda Byrne. You can download onto your Kindle or buy from Amazon.
Before we meet on January 15th, please read up to page 28. We will discuss and decide how far to read before we meet in February. It is not mandatory to be there for all discussions.
We will meet at a restaurant in south Scottsdale this time. Depending on who is participating, next month's location may be different. To find the location, you can either sign up to join us or email me. Meeting locations are never listed on our webpage.

In addition to sharing her cooking ideas, Carmen has a lot to share about her own personal journey of health and wellness that is very inspiring.
Robin is volunteering her home, so with the two of them working together, this is bound to be a fun energy-filled morning. We'll gather at Robin's kitchen island, chopping and chatting as Carmen shares her creative tips and ideas.
We're looking at the possibility of this becoming a series. One that delves into healthy eating and happy living. We can all have more of that in our lives.
I really hope you can join us. It's sure to be a time that will not disappoint!
Ready to try something new?
Join Carmen Mones, and some of our other Sistaz, as they take relaxation to a new level. The class is called 'Candlelit Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing', but Carmen promises there is NO YOGA. You spend the entire hour laying on your back under a cozy blanket listening to soothing sounds and soft words that allow you to enter a very deep realm of relaxation. Cost is $15.
As always, the location will be divulged when you rsvp or request that information.

Come join us as Anne opens up her home to invite us all in for a lovely brunch. It's just before Valentine's Day, and she does love to decorate! What a great chance to visit with some fun ladies, eat yummy food, and appreciate the Valentine's pretties!
The menu will consist of meat pasta, green salad, garlic bread, veggie quiche, cheesecake, cookies, both red and white wines and coffee. WOW! Anne wants everyone to be sure to know this is not a 'healthy-type' meal, but it sounds pretty amazing to me! If you have a restrictive diet or are unable to eat what she's preparing, feel free to bring something you can eat. She won't be offended. Don't let that prevent you from coming and enjoying the day.
PLEASE BE SURE TO RSVP TO ANNE BY MON., FEBRUARY 6TH - firstname.lastname@example.org so she can prepare enough for everyone.
As always, Anne's address and directions to get there will be provided once you've rsvp'd.
The first Saturday of each month -- you know where you want to be? That's right -- coffee, cake, and conversation at my house! I'm still recovering from surgery, so if we can make it pot luck, that would be great! It's your chance to bring your favorite yummy to share. I'll have coffee and juice. See you there! Oh yeah, and bring a new sistah-friend. It's not necessary to rsvp, unless you need to be reminded of my address.
Becca and Beth have come upon a meet-up group that arranges for local talent to play in different people's homes or backyards. A mini concert, if you will. January showcases a somewhat of a local legend (even though he's only 19), Jacob Morris. He will be playing in 'Lynn's' backyard in Gilbert.
Want to join us in crashing their meet up? If so, RSVP below so we have an idea of how many of our group will be there. (Becca said the last one she went to had about 50 people). You'll also need to go onto their meetup group website to also register. www.meetup.com/East-Valley-House-Concerts.
There isn't an admission charge, but you are invited to leave a donation afterwards.
I think it sounds really fun. Maybe we can get a carpool out there. What do you say?
The holidays are behind us now, and we're back on! It's been a few months, and I've missed visiting with you at my home. So, I hope you can come by as we set our intentions and hopes for 2017, while lovingly honoring and releasing 2016. Who's ready? I know I am!
RSVP and I'll remind you of my address. You're certainlry welcome to bring something if you'd like, but you don't have to. See you soon!
Start 2017 by symbolically and quite literally putting your best foot forward! Our sistah, Tricia Blenis, has organized a hike to ring in the new year and encourages everyone to join her.
You will meet at the location that will be disclosed to you with your RSVP or on our Facebook closed page. It is a 10 mile hike, but you are welcome to do as much, or as little, as you feel comfortable with.
Be sure to bring plenty of water and snacks to enjoy on the trail and when you reach the top of the hill.
Upon receipt of your RSVP form, you'll receive a map of the area, and a list of the other women who are participating. I wish I could join you, but I'll have to meet up with you afterwards for breakfast!
Come grab a bite to eat or glass of wine with us at Cafe Allegro, the restaurant inside the MIM before enjoying the 7:30 p.m. concert performed by Allen Stone. His music was described by one critic as “meant for those of us who like our R&B slightly unkempt and exceedingly feelingful”. Sounds good to me!
If you're interested, please submit the form and I'll let you know the seat numbers that have already been purchased. That way we can sit as close to each other as possible.
Tickets can be purchased on line for $40 - $45 and the sooner you get them, the better chance we have of being by each other. www.mim.org.
Hope to see you there. I think this will really be a fun evening!
The Camino ladies will begin monthly hikes together to help prepare them for the walk in April, and we'd love all of you to join us, too! Each month will be a different location, but always on the 10th. And, you know us, there's bound to be breakfast afterwards. Come enjoy the cool weather with us as we stretch our legs!
We did a project with this organization in the past, and many of you said it was fun and rewarding and would like to help again. So, we will! The new office is located in Mesa and we have a time choice of 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. or 8:30 - 10:00 p.m. Please give me your choice, and we'll pick the time that most of you prefer.
I believe this is mainly filling boxes with food and necessities to be sent to children. A very worthy cause.
We haven't been out to Chandler for a loooong time, and this seems like a great reason to head there! The 5th Annual event offers food, music and a great time! Come bring a blanket and pick a spot on the grass for us to hang out together enjoying the day! Tickets are $8 and can either be purchased on line or at the event.
Our usual Coffee & Conversation at my house the first Saturday of each month has been cancelled this month because it's Labor Day Weekend. However, I will still be eating, and I invite you to come meet me for a casual breakfast out. It's in north Scottsdale, not far from my house. If you'd like to join me, send in the form and I'll tell you where I'll be.
This organization is striving to raise awareness of the crimes against children in the polygamist community in our own state, Colorado City, through movies and through their personal efforts to help the children. They've planned an evening of viewing themovie, "Cathedral Canyon" and then snacks, music and dancing. Come join us, even ifyou can't stay for the entire event.
Tickets are $40 until Aug.11th, after which they go up to $60, and can be purchased on line. Go to their website for complete information. www.moviesmakingadifference.com.
This is aclass is provided for women only.
They cover firearm safety in a classroom setting and then offer a chance to shoot in the range. Many people have strong opinions about guns, and this is not to promote the carrying or use of weapons. Rather it is an educational tool for protection which can be helpful for yourself as a single woman or information to teach your children about firearms.
I took this class with my daughter and it was very informative. We also had a fun time shooting together at the targets. (Just a warning: I can be a bit competitive.)
The cost is $65 and there will be 10 spots open, so please RSVP and pay online early to secure your spot.
